In 2012, after nearly two decades in real estate, our founder Scott Brady noticed major problems in the property management industry—issues that still frustrate rental property owners today. He knew there had to be a better way, and Progressive Property Management was born. The goal was clear: to build a property management company that treated rental properties like their own homes—one that provided fair, transparent pricing and, most importantly, delivered results.
