I rented a house in Corona with Progressive Property four years ago. I could not have asked for a better management company. The house was beautiful and well kept and clean when we moved in. Greg took the time to walk us through the house and patiently answered all our questions. Once we moved in we found the system of paying rent and reporting repairs incredibly easy. Greg was always quick to respond and fix anything that needed it fast. Rent was fair and negotiations were easy and smooth each time we needed to renew the lease. Cecilia has been managing our Apple Valley property for over 4 years and has previously managed another Victorville Valley property for us going back over 10 years. Cecilia has always been a consummate professional who will go that extra mile to assure our property is running like a well oiled machine.

Our previous propriety management company was less than to be desired. Many times, emails and messages were ghosted.

First issue at our home was a missing key to the pool house, the previous management company took weeks to respond and asked for a crazy amount for a replacement key!
